Shipping policy

The product/products will be delivered to the Buyer's address using the courier service contracted by the SELLER. The delivery period depends on the Buyer's delivery address and determined by the courier service. Shipping will be made within 2 days from the sending of the order confirmation email and the establishment of the contract. This period may be extended by a maximum of ten days, provided that it is communicated to the BUYER in writing or through a continuous data carrier.

In areas where courier companies do not provide address delivery, the products will be sent with telephone notification.

In areas where the courier company makes deliveries once a week, there may be delays in the specified timeframe due to inaccuracies or omissions in the shipping information, as well as certain social events and natural disasters. The BUYER cannot hold the SELLER responsible for these delays. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for any additional shipping charges that may arise from the refusal of the recipient to accept the delivery or from inaccuracies in the shipping information and/or the absence of the Buyer.
